The Aging and Disability Resource Connection (ADRC)
We at DMC believe in there being no wrong door!
ADRC is a partnership between an Area Agency on Aging partner (Office on Aging) and Independent Living Center (Dayle McIntosh Center), working together to provide support to older adults and individuals with disabilities to live their lives independently and prevent the risk of institutionalization. This partnership includes extended partners who assist in providing the ADRC 4 core services:
- Enhanced Information and Referral
- Options Counseling
- Short-term Service Coordination
- Transitions from facility back into the Community
