1K-Plaque and Photo 3 Tad_Tanaka_Cypress-College

A rule bar that is made up of 4 colors as an accent to the page design.

This is a photograph Tad’s family took of a plaque he received for his service from Cypress College. It is a wooden plaque with a gold leaf crest with red center reading “North Orange County Community College District“. The inscription on the gold plate of the plaque says Tad Tanaka, Cypress College 1973-1996. Next to the photo of the plaque is a photo of Tad with other quadriplegics and paraplegics at the college’s Roosevelt Center collaborating with other counselors to strategize ways to help the disabled.
