Help Improve Access to Long-Term Services and Supports

The Master Plan on Aging is an initiative in California to improve access to long-term services and supports (LTSS). The disability advocacy community wants to be an active participant in these vital discussions. We are looking for consumers who utilize these services to take a few minutes of their time to share their stories. Some examples of LTSS are listed below:

• Transportation
• Personal assistant services (home and community-based care providers)
• Housing
• Durable medical equipment
• Service/Emotional Support

Please click on the following link for more information and/or to share your story.
