Our staff of job developers is well-trained and experienced in not just job development, but in working with individuals with disabilities, assistive technology, employer incentives such as OJT, WOTC, welfare-to-work programs and much more.

Our job developers are trained in the use of assistive technology such as JAWS and ZoomText, and are equipped with laptop computers with this technology to assist consumers in their job search. Bilingual job developers are on staff to assist bilingual and monolingual clients.

Through ongoing networking with business professionals and continued training, our job developers are able to provide the knowledge, skills, assistance and encouragement our clients need to reach their employment goals and dreams.
