Advocacy

Advocacy services are available to assist people with disabilities in the resolution of concerns and conflicts that affect their ability to live independently. Current legislation and regulations are explained by staff; alleged discrimination claims are investigated; consumers are provided with information regarding the eligibility process for public services and benefits and assistance is offered with the completion of complex applications for such benefits.
